Successfully delivered a 35-acre township, Swastik Vihar, on Patiala Road, Zirakpur, comprising approximately 700 residential plots and 100 commercial sites.
Completed and sold 60 independent units, including duplexes and single-storey houses, within Swastik Vihar.
Completed Phase I of Swastik Vihar Apartments, delivering 150 residential units, duly approved by the Chief Town Planner, Punjab (Licence No. CTP (LG) – ATP (M) 2005/1780).

The group has expanded into hospitality through its sister concern, M/s Prem Bansal Resorts & Motels Ltd., taking up an 18-room hotel with a restaurant and a small banquet in Zirakpur.
